What is the purpose of this seminar?

• Everyone that want to study the Bible in detail

As a Parent, Sunday School Teacher, Youth Leader, School Teacher or anyone working with children your role is to instill in them a Biblical Christian World View

In this seminar we will give you all the information you need as a minimum to be able to instill in them a Christian Biblical World View.

This Seminar is split into three models

Part 1 - Defending the Faith and Basic Doctrine (30 Questions)

Part 2 - Framework Bible School - Is the Bible trust worthy

Part 3 - Christian Philosophy + Truth and Liberty

With your children, or yourself, study out the following

1. Study the Generation Word Framework Bible School on Wednesday.

So what is a Biblical Christian World View?

1. God is the Creator of the world and rules this universe! Everything in Genesis is 100% true and accurate. (Genesis 1:1, Psalms 102:25–27)
2. The Bible is God’s Word for mankind and is completely accurate including matters of life and its origin. (2 Timothy 3:16-17, Psalm 119)
3. Because of God and His Word, absolute moral truth exists! For example: We can say abortion, homosexuality and transgender are wrong because of what the Bible teach on it. You live by the commandments and principles of the Bible and believe the Bible speaks to every aspect of our lives. (Psalm 1, Joshua 1, Malachi 3:6, 1 Corinthians 6:9-11, Galatians 5:19-23, Ephesians 5:2-14. Romans 1)
4. Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God and He lived a sinless life, died for our sins, was buried, and rose again from the grave three days later! He sits now at the right hand of God. He is 100% God. When He went to Heaven, He send the Holy Spirit to dwell among us .The Holy Spirit is also 100% God. (1 Corinthians 15:3–4, 1 John 4:9–10, John 16:5-16)
5. Satan is a real being (not symbolic) and seeks to defeat God’s plan for man! (1 Peter 5:8)
6. Salvation is obtained solely by individual faith in Christ’s work on the Cross and cannot be earned! (Ephesians 2:8–9, Romans 10:9-13)

Raising and teaching children

Be mindful of these 4 things:

1. Teach children God's commands and ways
2. Model (train) obedience and wisdom
3. Pass on faith and values
4. Demonstrate faith through actions and example

1. Teach children God's commands and ways

• Give them the theory and information of the Bible

Deuteronomy 6:6-7: "These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children."

Proverbs 22:6: "Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it."

Psalm 78:4: "We will not hide these truths from our children; we will tell the next generation about the glorious deeds of the Lord."

2. Model (train) obedience and wisdom 

• Show them practical applications of God’s Word from the Word

Ephesians 6:4: "Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord."

Proverbs 1:8: "Listen, my son, to your father’s instruction and do not forsake your mother’s teaching."

Colossians 3:21: "Fathers, do not embitter your children, or they will become discouraged."

3. Pass on faith and values 

• Teach them why you and your church is doing what you are doing
• Don’t have the attitude “Just because”, or “I say so”

Genesis 18:19: "For I have chosen him, so that he will direct his children and his household after him to keep the way of the Lord."

Exodus 12:26: "When your children ask you, ‘What does this ceremony mean to you?’ explain it to them."

1 Corinthians 7:14: "For the unbelieving husband has been sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife has been sanctified through her believing husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is, they are holy."

4. Demonstrate faith through actions and example 

• Imitate me, then, just as I imitate Christ.  (1Co 11:1 GNB)

Matthew 5:16: "Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."

1 Timothy 4:12: "Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity."

Titus 2:7:”In all things you yourself must be an example of good behaviour. Be sincere and serious in your teaching.”

Practical Approach

1. Start your day with studying the Word and with prayer
2. If possible bring the family together once a week for Bible study and prayer - easiest is to do it in the mornings
3. With your children study all the mp3’s in this seminar once a week. Use the tick list for each model.
4. With your children study out our Sunday School Curriculum
5. Make sure your children goes to Sunday Church, Sunday School and Youth gatherings
6. What are your children being taught on Sex, Homosexuality, Transgender, Creation, Evolution, God, Jesus, Abortion and Israel?
7. What clubs and extra curriculum activities does your child go to?
8. What do you children’s teachers believe?
9. What communication apps does your child have?
10. What is the password for your children’s devices?
11. Public school vs Home School. Have a discussion
